Methodology

How we ran the study

Between [dates] we selected [N] residential projects advertising on Meta, Google and property portals in [cities]. Using consented test identities, we submitted enquiries through each channel and recorded the time to first call, first WhatsApp message, number of follow-ups, information quality and whether a site visit was offered. Results are reported in aggregate; individual developers can request their own private scorecard.
